Ran a hard 5k that turned out to be a "training personal best." I started out pretty fast the first mile was tough. I wanted to give my self a recovery during the 2nd mile but continued to push hard. The last mile I really tried to just focus on pumping my arms and keeping my legs going. Did a 1.2 mile cool down immediatly afterward.
