Comments:
Tempo/interval work on the indoor track today. 6x1000m at tempo pace. Overall, I think it went pretty ok. Again, I've got a ways to go, but I ran each 1000 very consistently and really tough. Hit 3:43 almost each time, but negative split the last one by a few seconds, which is slightly better than what I expected to do.
Edit from later: Knees feeling rather sore, possibly result from running on the indoor track?
