Comments:
5xmile at threshold with 60sec rest - 5:14/11/11/08/14. happy with how it went, felt very strong despite the weather. feeling things starting to come together, really excited for haverford where hopefully i can bust out a big 5k pr. in addition to a slight cold, also been feeling some iffy pain in my right calf over a spot in the shin, need to stay on top of that with icing, nothing that should deter training though

one mile of on/off accel strides on the indoor track afterwards.
