Comments:
cold out today, brought out the leggings again. did a good warmup and stretch and then did 3x300 w/ 100 walk, 8 min, then 3x300. first set; 54, 50, 50 second set: 49, 49, 48. felt good to get the legs moving, kind of hurt the knee though. felt a little sluggish probably since I haven't done anything like that in a while. ready for the weekend though
