Comments:
a bit of lifting before practice, jason now says after is better. thinking of a new plan as follows: upper body tuesday and thursday activity before practice, lower body after workouts (jason suggested not to lift on recovery days so that they can be a real recovery).
then battery kemble. anthony recommended to do the sprinter workout, 8 very short hill sprints. the recovery was too short for speedwork i thought, quality suffered at the end for many. didnt feel sufficiently punished so I did 2 full hills with distance people after. legs are plenty sore now
