then some ab stuff.
THEN this afternoon did Panama-Graves Ridge-Dean's List-Lasso-through Hydaway and to JACK MOUNTAIN! Went straight up and then did the loop around the mountain down. Then just got on Lake trail back to snowflex.
Started off cold but sweating like crazy at the top of the mountain. I love climbing that thing it's so fun!
