Weather: snowy, windy, 30s.

Comments:
ran everything alone today :( womp. yeah, did 1000s with 70 second rest in between each interval. kinda sucked today. breathing was okay but not the best; i was still breathing pretty hard. what sucked were my calves and shins. they felt good on the warmup, but sucked during the workout ... yeah ): my form was kinda horrible cause my shins felt so goddamn tight during the workout .. eeh.

1000 goal: 5:07, splits: 5:08, 5:07, 5:07, 5:07, 5:06.

extra: the ab standing thing, sitting runner's arm, calf rehab, lunge, myrtle, 10 pushups.

4x100 strides.
