Comments:
Ran in the mile today. Ran 4:36.27. A one second PR. Splits were 2:14, 2:22. Came in 7th. I think I could have run 2-3 seconds faster if I was healthy-this was my first time running in three days-but I am still very happy with how I ran. I think I could have had more energy for the second 800, but I gave it all I had today. 1 mile shakeout and a 2 mile warmup. Couldn't cooldown because I had to go see Dad-he ruptured his spleen and was in the hospital in Ithaca and I hadn't seen him all week.
