Lifted really hard today.
Dips: 19, 22 (had to beat Steve)
Bench: 75X7, 125X1, 135X1, 145X1, 155X1, 75X10
Flyaways: 5X15, 7.5X15, 5X15
Did 3X10 Box Hops too and something else I can't remember.
Weighed 128 today. So I got over 20 pounds over my weight which is pretty cool. Aidan got 185 while weighing 155. I pick things up, I put things down!
Did footdrills after.
