yeah so i love threshold stuff, it is the easiest workout for me in the world. did over a mile warm up because we got out there and some of the other guys took a while so we had the time. first time we were off because we just went out too hard, but other than that we just hit our times. I paced the group of me and ben. felt good looking forward to speed development
