threshold around druid

Comments:
4 continuous loops of druid in snowy/icy conditions. definitely slowed down the pace and made it more of a strength workout than an endurance workout, but that allowed me to work on my weakness rather than work on a strength which is good. kept it at threshold effort and fairly even instead of really killing it today, which i was happy with. 6x100m turnover strides afterwards
