ran with anthony. we were a little fast but we slowed it then had a chill cooldown. pace wise.
on the other handi felt terrible cause i needed to shitt and thought i was going to blow up for the last two miles. i thought i wasnt going to make it. it was pretty sad. i made it tho and it was a fantastic poop. the end.
