had a decent workout. i felt good on the 50's fucking awesome on the 30's but then the 150's were like hah fuck u, u suck. it was pretty upsetting. my form was off and i just felt slow when i was seriously going hard. went on a cooldown by myself which was pretty nice. just off of time. felt good.
