Since it's midterms week, we were able to get on the bus earlier so we had a lot more time to spend at the track. The workout for me and Spencer was 8 200s where the first half was easy (usually around 18 for us) and for the second half we were to pick it up (usually around 16). It went well, I wasn't even feeling yesterday's workout.
