102. WTF HAPPENED TO THE FC?

Weather: low 20s, still cold but very refreshing :)

Comments:
ran alone today, :( yeeah, it was boring. haha, :) anyway, pretty decent run today. breathing was okay and legs felt okay, legs just felt tired and my thighs are still sore. calves are definitely better but i think the soreness was just from yesterday's speed workout. overall, very good run. helped me mentally too! :)

splits: 10:11, 5:01 (0.5 miles), 6:05 (0.62 miles), 4:46 (0.5 miles), 9:47. very weird splits cause i only had to go 3.6 miles today.

extra: lunge, 100 up, med ball, and heel toe walks.
