Comments:
After a ten minute warmup I did a ladder workout of 30-60-90-120-90-60-30 second pickups with recovery twice the length of each interval. At some points I felt as though I was in an all out sprint, but overall the workout was surprisingly easy. Because of how far the nearest track is, I resolved to do this workout in one of my favorite, nearby neighborhoods. I cooled down for a little while and then did one extra tempo pace pickup, and 120 supermen.
