Comments:
At EHS Flippin Field house at 7:30am with Jim E. Thorough warm up. (Funny how that works to loosen me up.) Jim wanted 6x400 with one minute recov at 77. We alternated lead and (after a first one in 78) ran all the rest in 77. I added a seventh in 72.0. Unfortunately, Jim strained his calf on the sixth.
