fartlek workout

10x2 minute on/off around tulip garden. at roughly I pace, maybe a little fast. not an especially hard workout, but i used it to try to make my goal 5k pace feel relaxed. right calf pain really starting to bug me, need to talk to nicole about it. also, this week was very high-mileage, would've been 72-73 had i not taken wednesday off
