Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decent first race. Odd race in that the lead back was stacked and they pulled away early, very little in between so I was stuck in no-mans land for a while. Right calf/hamstring hurt a bit but wasn't crippling. Overall solid first race (4 sec faster than last years first 5k), but I need to find a way to buck this right leg tightness.
