Slip Sliding Fun

Comments:
ran 8k at lacrosse, 27:36, 5:22 at first mile then 10:57 and 16:25, then kind of fell apart after that just followed dallas for first 3 miles before slow down, not that bad considering missed almost two weeks after chicago, then on and off running this past week, decided not to wear spikes to protect calf but pretty slippery in shoes as course was pretty wet, very foggy at beginning then got sunny, 45-50ish temp wise, warmed up and cooled down about 2 each
