Comments:
Did some good stretching about 2 hours before the race to just get my legs loose. The meet got behind schedule a little bit so Isaac and I made sure to time the warm up right. We just did 15 minutes and went through and did a good routine. The plan was for Isaac to pace me as long as he could. We went out pretty well, and I kept hitting Isaac's heal by accident. I finally took over at about 600 meters and then just tried to run hard. Overall it was a good race. Splits below...

I led off our 4x4 and it went pretty well. I didn't feel crazy fast but it was still a good split for being in a stand still.
I got my goal of qualifying for IC4A's in the 1000m so that was a big plus!
