Comments:
ran the SMR. got to sleep in but still not the best sleep this week as a whole. worried about my knee, its kind of hurting where i got the stress fracture freshman year. that has happened before though, to no major consequence. good race, 2:01.3 split, .4 off my outdoor PR. had to jump over a fallen team in the beginning, then it was on to try to catch the guy a few seconds up. painfully close but not quite, got right up next to him on the final straight. either way, having him a few meters in front the whole time pulled me through to a fast split. was worried about that 2:07 last week, less so now
