Comments:
Left from my bike and ran to the end of the "Greenway" at Peak's View; Got on at "Trail Head III" then from there, I have no clue. The trails are short, twisting, and veer off out of no where. Completely lost my sense of direction and kept running around until I got off on "Trail Head II" and back to my bike on the Greenway. Don't get me wrong, those trails are a lot of fun (soft, winding, some short steep hills) but I was getting a weeeee bit frustrated when I kept ending up at the same place!

Run felt great. Was going at a good click on the paved path, although getting straight off the bike those first few minutes were awful!

Incline Bench: 12x135#; 10x145#; 10x155#; 8x165#; 5x185#
DB Flyes: 12x35#; 10x40#; 10x45#
Dips: 10xSlick; 10x25#; 10x45#; 10x25#

Then did a few farmer carries w/ 2-80# kb's.
