Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I gotta say, I was afraid of this workout just a bit. When it finally happened, I learned that they weren't bad at all.

Rep 1+2: I felt fine, but I held back to make sure I didn't wear myself out. Ran around 68 sec / 400m pace.
Rep 3+4: Suddenly, I was beat. Ran around 69 sec / 400m pace.
Rep 5+6: Out of nowhere, I had tons of energy. Ran around 64 sec / 400m pace and could stand upright easily after a great final rep.

So I guess I should have hit the middle harder, then? Thinking about this workout is a bit perplexing, so I'm just happy to have been in good shape for the workout.
