hilly morning run

Weather: mild, mid 40s

Comments:
5:50 am with Crawlers. Conn ave to Vann Ness (first hill) to Reno (worked a couple of the short hills toward the Close to Beauvoir Hill and back along Wisconsin with two hard sprints up Donaldson pl at Ft. Reno and jogged home. (6 hills in all, but it never felt like much of a "hill workout.") Satisfied with my conditioning for this sort of run.
