200's and a threshold

Comments:
We did a 1 mile threshold followed by 8-20 rolling 200's. I felt pretty good from the running aspect but during the 200's I had to poop really bad and actually had to go do that after 5 of them. I stopped at 16 because I had to go again. Still aberaged about 34 or 35 though. Other than that though I felt good.
