Running for Redemption

Comments:
With a need to stop being a pussy and show coach I mean business, in addition to the extremely solid track workout I have run the past 2 weeks, I was ready to go for this workout. Then Coach told us what the workout was and it had all of us a little bit intimidated. The prescribed workout was as followed:
4x200 at R pace
then
800 at R, 600 at F, 800 at R, 400 mocking the first 400 of an 8.

With 800 jog between everything beside the first set of 200's.

I led each one to the line despite some hard efforts from mitch and greg. Mitch had a phenomenal workout as well. My times were as followed:
4x200: 32,31,31,31
800-2:11
600-1:25
800-2:10
400- 54

I am ready for a big breakout race this weekend. Watch out patriot league
