Comments:
unusually warm day today. callus/blister on the ball of my foot painful on the warmup/altered my stride, but during the intervals it didn't seem to be a problem. 2 sets of 8x400 with 75 seconds rest between; all between 67-70 with a lot of 68-69. 71 may have happened once near the end, last rep 64-65. All things considered I feel good about this workout
