Definitely the hardest workout I've done in a while. Thought of it in class this morning :)

Warmed up with a run around Sweeney Court, then got to work!

8x Goblet Squat @ 24kg
7x Strict Pull-Ups
6x Handstand Push-Ups
5x Pistols (L/R)
4x Windmill @ 24kg (L/R)
30x Push-Ups
20x Swings
1x Deadlift @ 305#

Done like the 12 days of Christmas song (1; 2,1; 3,2,1; etc)

Sucked! Was gonna do another mile after but I was dead.
