Comments:
no run today. stayed at the school and did loads of stretches. shins and calves still feel iffy .. but they feel much better than yesterday.
extra work: 3 sets of legs with no rest in between each but 45 sec rest between sets, lunge, myrtle, back, and loads of calf/shin/knee stretching.
