Speed Workout on Long Cardillo Loop

Comments:
We ran to the loop the long way and on the loop we did 4x30 seconds, 4x1 minute, 4x30 seconds, and then 8x15 seconds, all with equal rests. The pace was supposed to be around mile pace but we were slower than that, which I could have guessed would happen. Still a good workout, although I'm starting to tire out. Think I'm coming down with something. I grouped together the sets just to make the workout more organized.
