threshold. super hot sweating like a mo'fo. sucked. worst workout ever. it felt like a fartlek. i was off then i speed up but it was to much on me and then i fall off and it just went on like that. so off. continous on path.
goal 620 hit 636, 646, 634
warmup was out to the 1.5 plus a lap i did at park. same for cooldown. then 3 mile threshold.
