5:30am start. 0.5M warm-up, 1M cool-down.
2x10 min @Tpace (83/400m)(2900m,2925m) w/ 2 min rest (no jog) + 2x1000m @Ipace (75/400m) (3:07.3,3:07.1) w/ 2 min jog (400m) + 2x400m @Rpace (68/400m) (69.1,69.7) w/ 400m jog + 2x200m @Rpace (68/400m) (33.5,32.5)

Felt pretty good. The Tpace was pretty even, but felt harder than it should have at first and then I locked in pretty good. Ipace was tough but stayed on pace. 400's had a fade in that we'd run 34 for 1st 200 and then push and finish at 69... Overall a good workout.
