111. STAIR WORKOUT.

Weather: inside, so hot.

Comments:
workout today. everything basically alone today. felt niceee. shins felt a bit sore during the warmup but i stretched them before the workout and then they felt better. :) so it's all good. workout was okay today. breathing was a little off cause of the stuffiness in the school, but my legs felt really bouncy :) thighs were burning by the time i got to the 6th floor.

extra: extra calf raises, calf stretches, 100 up (marching), lunge, standing abs.

workout: 3 full sets of stairs from floor 1 to floor 6, plus an extra interval from first to sixth.
