Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Jogged to the track and did a drills and a more agressive set of strides than usual. Did three 100m strides in 16.low, 15.low 14.low, then did a 200m acceleration starting at a jog then ending at a full sprint, then finished with another 100m stride in 13.mid. I figured out that this track has 90m straightaways and 110m curves, so to do a true 100m you have to start on the curve. I knew that 11.7 100m from a few weeks back was too good to be true. Anyway, after the strides I did an 8 mile run starting off pretty slow and working down to about 6:35 pace. Felt much stronger than yesterday
