Comments:
Felt pretty good. Still a bit fatigued, not quite sure why. HUGE blister on my left Achilles, have to get that wrapped up before I run tomorrow. Going to try to get on the track and do a best average workout tomorrow. Talked to Coach Woods about expectations moving forward, he wants me to bring my weekly mileage up to about 80 mpw by XC in the fall.
