weather wasn't great today like Tuesday. track work was light and fast 2 days before the meet. 4 sets of 300 200 150 at R pace with jog rest. 50-52s, 33-35s, 25s. I felt alright not super great, extended the cooldown a little indoors. iced my left knee later.
