Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
12 minute warmup, followed by 8 x 4:00 @ 5:25-40 pace with 2:00 rest. About 2 mile cool down.
Felt pretty good. Fairly beat by the end but overall I felt that it was a good controlled effort and I didn't push it too hard. Calves were still sore as hell, but not as bad as earlier in the week
