Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cold outside, warm inside
Comments:
ran 1 mile warmup. weather really didnt feel that bad you just had to warm up. then ran 3.5 miles worthon the stairs. then i did a cool down of 2 miles outside at the PE park. i felt pretty good on the warm up and on the cooldown. the stairs are stairs. theyre fine but easy runs are better. pains are feeling better. i felt my shins on the warm up very briefly. my groin in progressively getting better. i am just really tired because of finals and working really hard for those and in practice.
