Comments:
Did the first four with the guys who are racing tomorrow, and the last four on my own. Legs felt really loose and light. Blister still bugging me, but I remembered a bandage, so the bleeding wasn't as bad as it had been. Beautiful weather to start, but then all of a sudden we were running in a whiteout. I got back to the locker room looking like a Norse God (more so than usual) with all of the snow that was in my hair and eyebrows. I am going to take tomorrow off from running, because I am right on pace to get 60 miles this week. I may head down and ride the stationary bike for an hour or so.
