Comments:
About 6-7 minutes rest between each race. 180m rectangular track, easily the slowest I've ever run on. Won the 1000 and the mile and got 2nd in the 800. 1000 and mile were hard but in control, like typical workout effort. 800 was harder but not quite all out, although I kicked it in hard the last 50m to nip a guy for 2nd. Felt really anaerobic and out of my element but I think I needed something like this before the 3000 next weekend. I would have been in for a rude awakening otherwise.
