Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold, snowy. 20s.

Comments:
ran warmup and cooldown alone except for part of my cooldown with lovelace, and workout with norah. my legs felt okay today. still a bit sore from the stairs but my calves aren't as bad as it was in the beginning of the week. they felt sore in the beginning of my cooldown, but felt better later on so i went for a longer cooldown today so i won't be down too many mileage this week.

workout: accelerators - jogging recovery, flying 30s - walk recovery, 180s - jogging recovery.

2x100 strides.

extra: lunge (before the run), standing abs, leg circuit 1, and 100 up.
