Comments:
Great run with some good pce the last 1.5 miles.Included in run was a hill at 4 incline in mile 2 for .25 and another.25 at around 3 incline in mile 3. Also spent a lot of mile 2 and 3 at an incline of 1 to get a bit more resistance.
Average before cooldown was 8:33 pace.
