Comments:
had a pretty nice slow warmup. probably went for more than a mile but whatever. then did work out (2 miles). so i was pretty exhausted and very sore from the extra work i did on friday with aanothny tony and nick mosqueda. but i actually felt like i had a pretty good workout and that i did well in the 150m. except for the lastone because the like 30m my legs tightened up. did a 2 mile cool down and then headed back to the school.
