Comments:
4x800 - 8:21 / 2:01.4. almost exact same time as last week. was handed the baton in the lead and widened the gap for a first place finish. felt terrible after and puked a lot on the cooldown, only the second time ever puking from running. scratched the mile which was soon after. think i might be sick
