Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not easy. Thought I was running sub 7 mile 2, looked down and I was on a 7:25 pace. Not good. But I did pick it up and it felt ok but def not comfortable. I held it together though. Got a little rough around mile 4-5 but I pushed through. Last mile pushed very hard to stay sub 7. Positive run though; I am not out of shape! I am an idiot though, deleted the run on accident so I had to reconstruct from memory.
