Comments:
Tempo run. Easy warm up for the first mile, then hammered the miles 2 and 3. Recovered for much of mile 4 and then had a decent last mile. Stll focuing on the long running stride, kicking my legs back. I have to use my legs as springs. esp in the late stages of the race.
