Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmup and then we were supposed to do 2x200R, 2x400R, 2x800I, 2x400Fast, 2x400R, 2x200F, 2x200R. The 800's and fast 400's would be 3 minutes rest and the rest was JBR. I kind of felt bad to start today. Just no jump in my step. I ran the 1st 400 of the 2nd set of 400R and my calf tightened up really bad. I stopped to stretch and my other calf tightened up. So Cartwright told me to stop and I did a long cooldown. First workout i've ever failedd to finish... At least it was just because of a random muscle cramp instead of my cough. Oh and i'm currently on drugs to help with the whole dying thing.
