Weather: cold 20s, windy as hell.

Comments:
i wannna kill the wind. anyway, ran alone today. i really wanted to do a long run, but i'm still super sick so i'm not going to push it. i thought i was gonna die in school, but by the end of the day, i had enough strength to run. i felt pretty shitty on my run, my breathing was iffffy, and my stomach was a bit queasy, but my legs felt good, minimal shin ache, but yeah. felt okay overall, still healing from a stomach flu.

splits: 10:19, 10:02, 9:46, 9:58, 10:02

extra: lunge before, 100 up, calf/shin stretch, myrtle, plank 2.
