So.... we came in second again... That's life I guess.
3k- It hurt to say the least. I went out in a 5:36. Didn't die too hard... well... as hard... Came back somewhere around a 5:58. I need to find a better way to run this. I know I have the strength and the endurance somewhere in me. I only felt like I gave up on one lap but that lap really screwed up the race. Still, I was pretty happy in all for having the dang flu all week. Oh, and I was totally bummed out I didn't get to run the 4x8... life sucks sometimes. Oh well.
